Return Policy

To ensure that our customer does not come across a defective product, we always test our products. However, it could happen that, by mistake, one could escape. It could also happen that, for whatever reason, you no longer want the product. In any case, you will find the solution by continuing to read these few lines.

If you decide to return the product, you must necessarily send an email to info@lpgtrade.it indicating the order number in the subject, no later than 14 days after receiving the order.

Once you have submitted your request, you will have to wait for confirmation from our dedicated team, who will provide you with all the necessary information and clarifications.

Make sure you have wrapped the package properly and do not forget to enter the return code that will be provided to you in response to your request.

Return Italy

Always Free Returns for Italy, We'll take care of it!

For all national returns, no fees will be applied, the return shipment is at our expense, we will send the courier directly to your home with the instructions via email for the creation of the package and the correct application of the waybill.

EU and Rest of the World Returns

The return fee varies depending on the weight of the product to be returned, therefore you must send a return request within and no later than 14 days from receipt of the product, to the email info@lpgtrade.it with the exact indications of the product to be returned and you will be sent all the necessary information.

Any returns that arrive without previously contacting customer service and without waiting for a response cannot be refunded.
